Why 2017 may be a very significant year in biblical Prophecy
Trump Visits Mid East
Robert Rite (5/19/2017) – With the President of the United States (POTUS) visiting Saudi Arabia, and Israel during his first international trip, there is hope for stability in that region, at least between the southern Mid East nations. In this message we explore some reasons why this visit may be a very prophetic event relative to end time prophecy, and why any resulting peace agreement will most likely be short lived.
The Timing
I believe 2017 is a very prophetic year. This year ending on September 20th in the Hebrew calendar is the Hebrew year 5777.
Here are some interesting points regarding this year:
1) Some Rabbi’s call the year 5777/2017: “the year of God”.
2) Some bible scholars refer to 2017 as the “year of the Messiah”
3) September of 2017 marks the 70th Hebrew year since Israel became a nation
4) 2017 is a Jewish Jubilee year
5) It is the 50th year since Israel recaptured the Holy Land – Jerusalem.
6) Regarding 5777: in the bible five represents the number of grace while seven is the number of completion.
7) Study of the scriptures reveals that the number seven is a divine number; for example God rested on the seventh day and declared this day Holy, and 777 is a magnitude thereof.
8) Interesting how the antichrist’s number is 666 (the number of man magnified)
9) 5777 is also significant in the natural sense since our sun’s surface temperature is 5778 º C (5,778 degrees Kelvin); maybe just coincidence?
So with this year being number 5777 in the Hebrew calendar perhaps something big may indeed be in the cards – in the very near future.
The Places
Donald Trump will be visiting Saudi Arabia, Israel and Rome in his first international trip. As you know these are the religious centers of the three Abrahamic religions; all staking their claim on Jerusalem. This is a very prophetic sign because those of us who study prophecy know that the final battle will be a religious war, and the coming antichrist will succeed in uniting all religions in the creation of a “UNIVERSAL” religion, under the “rouse” of global peace and harmony!
Before we celebrate any lasting peace and stability in the Middle East, we must understand the prophetic reality that neither Trump, America or any other nation can establish real lasting peace in the Middle East; especially while a malevolent supernatural hatred saturates that region. Only the sovereign God can protect Israel against her many enemies, and only God will (read Ezekiel 39:3-8)!
The Problem
The malevolent forces that control that region are greater than any man or any nation! So it is not Israel’s or the Arabs fault that lasting peace cannot be achieved. Our battle is NOT against flesh and blood (Eph. 6:2). It is indeed a supernatural battle between good and evil! The Middle East is Satan’s main battle ground. Why? Because the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob’s plan of salvation for the human race emanates from that region – from Jerusalem!
The Solution
As citizens of the world we should all seek peace, and it is natural to desire lasting peace even as sojourners in this age which is currently under control of the prince of darkness. As Christians, we can find peace in our spirit and our household, but not in the world!
While the quest for peace may be a noble cause, the efforts for lasting peace in the Mid East have already failed 10 times over the past 40 years by 5 prior US presidents and for reasons already noted, all future attempts will also NOT succeed.
Certainly, there will eventually be a 7 year peace initiative negotiated by antichrist (Satan); but it will be a rouse; its only purpose being to secure global support for a One world government and universal religion designed to give Satan absolute control over the peoples soul in a vain attempt to prevent the Lord’s return.
Just like it took WW2 to stop Hitler, it will take Armageddon and the Messiah king’s return to stop Satan and achieve everlasting peace in the Middle East and the world. There is only one solution my friend, and it is the solution that the inhabitants of the earth and their kings have resisted since the Garden of Eden.
So will Trump’s policies towards Israel affect the timing of the end times?
Only if it is in God’s will; as God is totally in Control! But we must pray that any deals that Mr. Trump makes are pro Israel and not another arrogant & contemptuous attempt to divide up her land to appease the Arab allies and Palestinians, and further subject America, which is already under a curse, to even greater judgment!
Let’s pray that Trump discerns that when you Meddle with God’s domain, by offering “land for peace” (as other presidents have failed at), you are playing with fire – literally; and America does not need any more judgment.
What Prophecies Might Trump Fulfill?
I believe God may have appointed Trump in these last days to fulfill part of Ezekiel 38 by establishing stronger ties between Arabia and Israel. We read in Ezekiel 38:13 that Saudi Arabia (Sheba and Dedan) appears to be at peace with Israel and is NOT one of those nations that participates in the Ezekiel 38 war. The Saudis only question and protest the invasion.
But regarding lasting peace, we should pray for the peace of Jerusalem, because when we do we are de-facto praying for the return of the Messiah King! That is the ONLY solution to the issues of this age. Lasting peace will never come from man, but from the Prince of Peace!
Proof of Satan’s Hatred towards God’s Holy Land and His People
There are many examples of Satan’s hatred for mankind, and particularly towards God’s chosen people and land. Let’s cover the most obvious one which the nations of the world seem too deluded to care or admit or are too spiritually blind to understand.
Throughout its long history, Jerusalem has served as, and still is the political capital of the Jewish people. Its prominence in Jewish history began in 1004 BCE, when King David conquered her and declared the city the capital of the first Jewish kingdom. Despite this reality, the nations refuse to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and the Jewish people.
Since Satan hates the true God and His chosen people and land we see how even today, Jerusalem is the most contested parcel of land in the world, and it has been this way for Millennia. During its long history, Jerusalem has been:
– attacked 52 times
– captured and recaptured 44 times
– besieged 23 times
– destroyed twice.
The oldest part of the city was settled in the 4th millennium BCE, making Jerusalem one of the oldest cities in the world.
NAZI Germany, WW2 and the holocaust is more proof of how Satan has an everlasting hatred for God’s elect, as we will now explore.
WW2 was a picture of the Coming WW3 and the end time Beast kingdom
As most of us know there is a coming beast kingdom which will eventually replace America as the final kingdom on earth. It will be a One World Government; a brutal dictatorship under antichrist (Satan’s anointed 666).
WW2 was a picture, a dress rehearsal if you will of WW3. As we should know history tends to repeat itself. NAZI Germany in WW2 was actually under the control of Satan himself through Hitler! That is why Hitler’s priority over everything else seemed to be his “final solution” of wiping out God’s chosen people – the Jewish race. Being in control God influenced events so that America, Britain and Russia would join forces to stop the German and Axis madness.
Why the NAZI war machine was Destined for Destruction
Because it was still not time for Satan’s end time beast kingdom to form, take over and destroy much of the world. According to ALL End Time prophecies Israel would have to exist as a nation before the second coming of Messiah vis-a-vis the end time battle of Armageddon could take place.
All End Time Prophecy was on Hold During WW2
because Israel did not exist as a nation at that time!
Well aware of this, through NAZI Germany Satan was desperately trying to destroy the Jewish race before they could have a homeland for the Messiah Christ to return to. He could thus achieve a threefold victory against the Most High:
1) To checkmate all of God’s end time prophecies, thus preserving his kingdom.
2) Prevent the fulfillment of God’s everlasting covenant with Abraham and Israel.
3) To defeat God’s Word, thus branding the Lord as a liar!
Being in control of ALL things, God knew what the enemy was up to, so in short order:
1) NAZI Germany lay in ruins.
2) Hitler was maggot food.
3) Within just three years of the Holocaust, Israel was reborn as a nation in 1948!
In fulfillment of Ezekiel Ch. 36 and 37, TINY Israel would flourish and today, 70 years later Israel has evolved into the most powerful force in the Middle East! Just as prophesied Israel will soon become a cup of trembling to all the nations that come against her.
Why Israel Will NOT be Wiped out of the Map as her Enemies Desire
Thus says the LORD:
“Who gives the sun for light by day, and the fixed order of the moon and the stars for light by night, Who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar; The LORD of hosts is His name: “If this fixed order departs from before Me,” declares the LORD, “Then the offspring of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before Me forever.” Jeremiah 31:35–36
In other words…“KINGDOM shall COME”
before Israel ever ceases to exist as a nation again!
Israel will outlast all the Kingdoms of this Earth
Israel will never cease to exist again as a nation nor as a people, because God put His Holy Name in Jerusalem, and because HIS infallible Word says so! Even though she strayed away like the message of prodigal son (Luke 15:11-32), the Lord gathered her back to her land in 1948! He did not do this for Israel’s sake, but for HIS HOLY NAME sake (Ez. 36:22)! In other words, God revived and protects Israel today, because God cannot lie or break a covenant promise. If Israel fails to exist as a nation before Messiah returns, then God broke His everlasting covenant promise to Abraham – and that “AIN’T gonna happen”!
Heaven and earth will pass away, but Jerusalem will be
transformed into the “everlasting” New Jerusalem” (Rev. 21).
WE are Spiritual Israel!
That very promise to Israel also flows to us, the body of Christ, which have been grafted into the branch (Israel). Although Satan, ISIS and all his evildoers, whether of flesh or of spirit, persecute and try to destroy Christians and Jews the world over, the body of CHRIST will live forever! We are spiritual ISRAEL!
Just like His promises to the Jew, if you are a faithful believer in Christ, God promises the following:
1) You will never perish (John 3:16)!
2) Unlike the unbelievers, your spirit will never be destroyed (2 Corinthians 4:9).
3) When we stray, He will guide us back (John 6:39).
4) Jesus Christ will never leave or forsake us (Hebrews 13:5)!
5) We will never be separated from the love of God (Romans 8:38-39).
That is the Good News behind this end time message today. Although all hell will eventually break loose on this earth, we the body of Christ have a divine destiny that not even the sword can separate! We have an invitation to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, and not just as a guest (read Rev.19:7-8). We have a seat at the right hand of the King of Kings reserved with our name on it; because we are His bride! So until then:
“The Spirit and the Bride say Come Lord Jesus” Rev. 22:17
