Why World Peace is Declining Exponentially, and the Secret for Enduring Peace in a Progressively Chaotic World

“I form the light and create darkness, I make peace and create calamity;
I, the Lord, do all these things.” Isaiah 45:7
Robert Rite (7/31/2016) – As usual, the ancient prophets of the bible were correct when they foretold that at the time of the end (our time) the world would be engulfed in a spirit of hatred, violence and iniquity, and that this evil would grow exponentially as we approach the end of this age.
We already can see how the world and its leaders are in denial claiming that we are living in an era of peace, when there is NO peace. The only worldly peace may be for those oblivious to the truth, in denial, or the morally depraved who could care less about what happens to their neighbor and the nations around them as long as their household remains secure.
The prophecies reveal that the leaders of this world will soon devise an evil scheme by creating a “global government” for lasting peace; and the masses will love it. It is becoming very clear that the vast majority of people prefer the world of today and dread the return of the Messiah. Many actually believe that there is a permanent fix to this mess which will delay the inevitable.
As the following passage reveals many will be caught off guard believing that they are secure. They believe that the UN, E.U., NATO and other global unions will protect them against the enemy’s scheme against the nations, especially the western nations. Could the following passage refer to how the West will soon be caught off guard?
Obadiah 1:7
“All the men in your confederacy shall force you to the border; The men at peace with you Shall deceive you and prevail against you. Those who eat your bread shall lay a trap for you. No one is aware of it.” (all highlights and emphasis are mine)
Many have chosen to believe the media and its leaders instead of the word of God. This attitude is becoming more and more progressive as evil and darkness consumes the world and the soul of the unbeliever. This is why a world desperate for peace will once again choose peace from the wrong source, and why most will welcome the coming global government and a world leader who will offer a false sense of peace, and deceive the masses, as foretold in the following passage:
Daniel 11:21
“And in his place shall arise a vile person, to whom they will not give the honor of royalty; but he shall come in peaceably, and seize the kingdom by intrigue.”
In America the spirit of political correctness, tolerance, and of labeling anyone who expresses concern over the erosion of morality as an alarmist or extremist, is leading this great nation into a moral and social abyss. The prophet was spot on when he foretold that at the time of the end mankind would label “good as evil and evil as good”
“Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!”
Until Messiah returns we persist in the kingdom of the evil one, which influences all leaders, Presidents and kings,
regardless of their political affiliation, or form of government.
The Lost find Peace in Evil
Psalm 52:3
“You love evil more than good; lying rather than speaking righteousness.”
I know that there are many out there that just don’t take any of this seriously; and others have no love towards Christians and the name of Jesus; and this hatred will grow exponentially.
In fact in Revelation 11:10 the inhabitants of the world at the time of the end will celebrate and share gifts when two witnesses of Jesus are killed by the antichrist (the leader of the coming global government). Folks, that is how evil things are going to get, and it should alarm us all!
Why God is Angry at the World Today
The scriptures reveal that as the level of depravity in the world escalates, the level of world peace drops proportionately. Because of the level of iniquity, God is angry as witnessed by how peace has been replaced with hatred, anger and violence throughout the world. For brevity sake, let’s review just a few scriptures that confirm that there is a famine for peace in these last days:
Jeremiah 25:37
“And the peaceful dwellings are cut down Because of the fierce anger of the Lord.“
Jeremiah 6:14
“They have also healed the hurt of My people slightly, Saying, ‘Peace, peace!’ When there is no peace.”
Ezekiel 7:25
“Destruction comes; they will seek peace, but there shall be none.”
1 Thessalonians 5:3
For when they say, “Peace and safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape.
The following passage clearly foretells that there will be no peace (save perhaps a false one) as we approach the end of this age:
Revelation 6:4
“Another horse, fiery red, went out. And it was granted to the one who sat on it to take peace from the earth, and that people should kill one another; and there was given to him a great sword.”
God imparts Peace and Judgment
Jeremiah 16:5
“For thus says the Lord: “Do not enter the house of mourning, nor go to lament or bemoan them; for I have taken away My peace from this people,” says the Lord”
Romans 8:6
“…for to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.”
Isaiah 48:22
“There is no peace,” says the Lord, “for the wicked.”
I like to end on a positive note even when I write about the time of the end. So let’s review how we can achieve lasting peace even in these alarming times.
God is the Author of Peace
1 Corinthians 14:33
“For God is not the author of confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints.”

God promises Peace to His People
The term peace is described in Scripture as a gift from God; a part of His divine character that He imparts on His children:
Psalm 29:11
“The Lord will give strength to His people; The Lord will bless His people with peace.”
Isaiah 26:3
“You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You.”
Philippians 4:7
“…and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”

Jesus Demonstrated Peace while on Earth
Luke 8:48
“And He said to her, “Daughter, be of good cheer; your faith has made you well. Go in peace.”
John 20:21
“So Jesus said to them again, “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.”
John 16:33
“These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”
Everlasting Peace can only Come from the Prince of Peace
The Prince of Peace is what brings peace to the world. The more man and nations distance themselves from the Lord, the more chaos, violence, hatred, iniquity and wars that the world will experience.
John 16:33
“These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”
Isaiah 9:6
“For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”
Today you can choose what kind of peace you want for your household:
1) Supernatural peace from the Prince of Peace
2) Superficial peace from the prince of darkness; the prince of this temporary worldly kingdom.
Whether the inhabitants of the world like it or not, God and not their leaders remains in full control. That my friend is actually Very Good news! God allows everything that is happening to occur in fulfillment of His prophetic word and His end time plan for mankind.
Could it be that the following passage applies to all the terrorists and atrocities of late?
“ For God has put it into their hearts to fulfill His purpose, to be of one mind,
and to give their kingdom to the beast, until the words of God are fulfilled.” Rev. 17:17
Society defines peace differently and in a one dimensional way, but the peace that God offers is multi-dimensional; it is supernatural peace. God’s supernatural peace does not come from nor depend on the conditions and circumstances of this world.
When endowed with God’s peace, the spirit of man become indestructible;
it can endure all the reigns of terror!
