Discover How these 2 Fulfilled Prophecies Signal that we are
the Last Generation that will Experience the Apocalypse
Most Prophecy scholars agree that the following two major prophetic events are the most significant End Time events in modern times.
- Israel will re-emerge as a Nation… (Ezekiel 36:8-12, 37:21)
This prophecy was fulfilled in 1948. Although Israel ceased to exist altogether after AD 70, she reemerged in 1948 again as a nation, after 2,000 years! No other nation in history has re-emerged after having been totally destroyed, and its people ejected from their land. No other people have been able to retain its heritage, culture, Jesus declared in Mathew 24:34, that generation that witnesses the rebirth of Israel will be the people that shall witness the end of this age and the return of Messiah. A generation is 70 years, so if we add 70 years to 1948 we arrive at 2018! 2018 is within the time frame of 2015 to 2021 which is the period that I believe may herald in the Apocalypse. Granted there may be some wiggle room here, as the lifespan of man has increased over the past one hundred years or so; but as always God is in control and He determines when the hammer will drop.
God declares: “You, O mountains of Israel, will produce branches and fruit for my people Israel, for they will soon come home. I am concerned for you and will look on you with favor; you will be plowed and sown, and I will multiply the number of people upon you, even the whole house of Israel. The towns will be inhabited and the ruins rebuilt. I will increase the number of men and animals upon you, and they will be fruitful and become numerous. I will settle people on you as in the past and will make you prosper more than before. Then you will know that I am the LORD. I will cause people, my people Israel, to walk upon you. They will possess you, and you will be their inheritance; you will never again deprive them of their children.”
This is what the Sovereign LORD says: I will take the Israelites out of the nations where they have gone. I will gather them from all around and bring them back into their own land.
- Israel will recapture Jerusalem (Luke 21:24)
This prophecy was fulfilled in 1967, when Israel recaptured the entire city.
“They will fall by the sword and will be taken as prisoners to all the nations. Jerusalem will be trampled on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.” Luke 21:24
One can say that 1967 was the end or winding down of the “time of the gentiles”. This major prophetic event is also another major sign that this is the generation that witnesses the time of the end.
Clearly Satan does not want Israel to be in the hands of Jerusalem because he knows that this is ground zero for the return of Messiah. The end time prophecies clearly reveal that the Messiah will establish His kingdom in a revamped “New Jerusalem” (Revelation 21).
This explains why Satan has influenced the minds of almost every leader of the gentile nations with a relentless desire to divide Jerusalem. The media also seems to want to blame Israel for any violence in the area, even when it is clear that Israel is merely defending itself or retaliating against its aggressors.
Even more incredible is how the masses fall for this clear demonic deception! Most of mankind fails to recognize how Israel is in itself a miracle, and how God’s hand is clearly involved in Israel’s survival and all of the related prophecies thereof.
In closing, Israel is greatly blessed given that despite its tiny size and small population, it commands the respect, and attention of the entire world – day in and day out! This also is a clear fulfillment of Zechariah 12:2-3 (and other verses) which prophesy that Israel would become a cup of trembling, immovable rock and a burdensome stone to the world during these end times. Certain prophecies are also very clear that those nations that persist in dividing up God’s land are playing with fire, literally!
